Jeremy D. Cook

Jeremy Cook is an attorney serving the estate & trust planning and business litigation & transactional teams. He previously worked for in-house counsel at one of the world’s largest tech companies and as a summer associate at one of Northern Virginia’s premier law firms focusing on business transactions and corporate law. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Prior to law school, he worked in legislative policy as a professional staff member at the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee, where his policy portfolio consisted of cybersecurity, data privacy, counterterrorism, and other national security matters.

This background informs his client-centered approach to practicing the law.

Outside of the office, you can either find Jeremy hiking the trails throughout the Blue Ridge and Appalachian Mountains or digging through the crates for old records at the local music store.
